Blast Freezers

Features:

  • Blast freezers are mainly used to freeze big fish, meat, chicken and dairy products and most importantly pre-cooked meals.
  • Blast freezers are constructed from puf panels of 150mm.
  • Depending upon the product use, the internal portion of the blast freezer can be of either stainless steel or galvanized sheet with food safe paints pre-coated on the sheets.
  • The temperature maintained inside the blast freezer is around -20o C.
  • Depending upon the product, the freezing time also varies from 4hrs to 6hrs.
  • Capacity of the blast freezer depends on different products. The most common capacity of blast freezer is 1ton/6hrs & 2ton/6hrs.
